Abstract

During the revolutionary battle, the Chinese Communists, the advanced components, and the general populace came together to form the red culture, an advanced culture with distinct Chinese qualities. It has strong historical and cultural significance in addition to a vibrant revolutionary spirit. To protect and advance the red culture in the Internet era, it is important to research its inheritance as well as the industry's state of innovation. This can help modern college students become more revolutionary literate and fully realize the red culture's role in party formation, ideological, moral, and sustainable economic renovation. In addition, it provides helpful suggestions for integrating Shandong Province's economy and culture into the modern era. This study used questionnaires, field surveys, geographical considerations, and document research for its assessment. The innovative brand strategy of "red culture+" is acquired through an examination of the current state of red culture propaganda and the red culture industry's state of innovation. This strategy makes innovative recommendations for the coordinated development of Shandong's red culture and cultural industry. This study presents a new, highly inventive method for the creation of cultural industrial clusters that is in stark contrast to the previous recommendations. Red culture serves as the central focus of this new approach. In the meantime, this paper discusses the role of red culture in the sustainable economy and society from the two perspectives of cultural influence on the sustainable economy and cultural and economic integration, which is of great significance, strong hypothesis, and more detailed thinking aspects and which is favorable to individuals who want to get a thorough understanding and positioning of the red culture. This article's strategic organization serves as a guide for further industrial study.
