Online Presentation Guidelines
Live Presentation Requirements:
- All authors must present their research live via screen sharing during their scheduled time slot.
- The official conferencing platform will be provided and may include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another professional virtual event system.
- Presentation schedules will be communicated well in advance for smooth coordination.
Presentation Format:
- Each presentation is allotted 20 minutes, including:
- 15 minutes for the presentation
- 5 minutes for Q&A
- Prepare a PowerPoint (PPT) presentation with a maximum of 15 slides.
- There is no mandatory template—use a design that best conveys your research effectively.
- Keep slides concise, visually engaging, and aligned with the research topic.
Technical & Setup Recommendations:
- Ensure a stable internet connection during your session.
- Use a quiet environment with minimal background noise.
- Test your microphone, camera, and screen-sharing settings before your scheduled time.
- Rehearse your presentation to stay within the allotted 20-minute duration.
