A Distinctive Publishing Model
Future Publishing adopts a unique publication framework. The journal is closely linked with the International Conference on Multidisciplinary Innovations and Societal Challenges (ICMISC), which takes place annually in May and October.
The publication process follows these steps:
-
Proposal Submission: Authors must follow the journal’s official template to prepare their proposals for submission.
-
Pre-Review Evaluation: Submissions are reviewed by three members of the Future Editorial Team (FET), each of whom completes a formal Evaluation Form.
-
Conference Defense Requirement: If at least two reviewers recommend acceptance, the proposal must be presented at the ICMISC conference, either virtually or in person.
-
Post-Conference Revision: Authors have 15 days after the conference to revise their papers based on reviewer feedback and audience input.
-
Final Submission: Revised papers are submitted to Future-JMISC for final editorial checks.
-
Publication: Accepted papers are published open access, free of charge, under a Creative Commons License (CC BY 4.0).
Note: While publication in Future-JMISC is free of charge, participation in the ICMISC conference requires a registration fee, which supports the review and presentation infrastructure. This system ensures that all publications meet rigorous academic standards while benefiting from scholarly exchange and community feedback.
