Refund Policy Refunds are only possible if opted out before publication.

Publication Ethics Statement

Authors

Author Contribution Statement is required. One first author; multiple corresponding authors allowed.


Plagiarism and Duplication

  • All manuscripts checked via iThenticate.

  • Original work only.

  • Misconduct leads to rejection/retraction.


Complaints

  • Directed to Editor-in-Chief.

  • Escalation to editorial management if unresolved.


Conflicts of Interest

  • Must be disclosed by authors, reviewers, editors.

  • Published in the article.


Ethical Research Requirements

  • Informed Consent: Required for human subjects.

  • Ethical Approval: Must be explicitly stated for human/animal studies.


Funding Acknowledgment

  • Required after conflicts of interest section.

  • Include grant numbers.

  • If no funding: "No funding was received."


AI Policy

  • AI tools use must be disclosed.

  • Authors are responsible for verifying AI-generated content.

  • AI tools cannot be authors.

  • Reviewers/editors may not use AI for manuscript processing.


Preprints Policy

  • JCERM does not accept preprints.


Code of Conduct

  • No abuse, bullying, or intimidation.

  • Respectful, professional communication required.

  • Violations may result in removal from the editorial process.
