Future-Public Administration and Policy Innovations (PAPI ISSN:3081-0221) is an international academic journal dedicated to cutting-edge research in public administration and policy innovation. The journal focuses on advancing the theory and practice of modern governance through technological and analytical innovations. Key research areas include semantic network analysis tools for policy texts, intelligent reengineering models for government services, multi-source data fusion systems for public crisis warning, and maturity assessment frameworks for government digital transformation.
As a multidisciplinary platform, PAPI brings together scholars from public administration, data science, policy studies, and information systems to foster innovation and practical applications in governance. The journal serves as a vital forum for academia and policymakers to explore transformative approaches in public administration, driving the evolution of smarter, more adaptive governance systems.
Future Publishing follows a unique publishing model. Conferences are held annually in May and October, gathering global scholars to present and submit their research. Accepted papers are published in the journal after the conference. The publication process for Future-PAPI involves eight steps, and submissions must adhere to a specified template. Each proposal undergoes a rigorous peer review by three members of the Future Editorial Team (FET), who complete an evaluation form. If at least two reviewers approve the submission, the author must present it at the International Conference on Public Administration and Policy Innovations (ICPAPI). After the conference, authors have 15 days to refine their work before final submission.
Publishing in Future-PAPI is free; however, to ensure quality, all submissions must first be presented at ICPAPI, which requires a conference registration fee.
